photo question

hey i just got a digi cam today when i put the pics on my comp there rather large how and what program do i use to make em smaller?

help is apretiated

Ugh... I don't like Irfanview... it's not very user friendly.

that it is, I just use it to resize photos thats it anything else and i use adobe

Irfanview works the best with photo resizing, slide show...

However, for editing & user friendly GUI, go with Paint Shop Pro. or Photo Impact.
