what would you like to know?

why does it need to come from a personal trainer? most trainers are very skilled at putting weights back on the racks and teaching fat women how to use an ab-roller.....lol

also the fat is dumped into the portal vein which makes the liver work even harder than it already is to clean your bodies blood, thus making your liver quit on you in about ohhh 20-25 years.DRINK UP lol

thats not true for all trainers. When i take potential clients through a demo workout i actually ask them to tell me their goals first, before i ever start talking. I then tell them how i can help them acheieve their goals and how long it will take. If they like what i have to say, then awesome. f not then i always show them a few things and thats that. I NEVER push training on anyone cause i dont want those types of clients anyway. Im the head trainer at my gym with 8-10 clients a day. I am very selective with who i train. If their motivation isnt there then i tell them that training isnt for them. Ive passed on many clients just after one session. Thats why people want to train with me.....my background is in strength and conditioning and thats how i train......i rarely use machines in my workouts and push strength on all my clients, men or women. Id rather have my client flip a tractor tire then try to balance on a stability ball......this isnt a circus act, its functional training. Ive come to realize that almost anyone can get certified and thats why there are so many bad trainers. Experience is the number 1 certification so ask your personal trainer what their background is. If they give you the name of their certification then tell them that youd like to hear their experience in actual training. How do THEY train? What types of training methods do THEY apply? So before you go bashing trainers, find one that knows their **** and train with them....and make sure to listen to what they are saying otherwise get your *** on the cross trainer with every other gym reject.
