no sleep + work??

all this week i've pretty much been going to bed around now 12pm and waking up at 4am for work... i dont know i find my days just wiz by.... probably cause i'm so zoned out from being tired...

i've also noticed my welding has improved tons, not sure if thats from practice or being so mellow at work..

i wonder if its like bad for your health to do this though? i probably get 45 mins of sleep at work... so i'm at most getting around 5 hours of sleep a day... ah well one more day then its party time

ill probably end up going to bed at around 5-6am, and wake up at 9:00am to start car shopping again.

hell i remember when i worked like almost 24 hours in one day at two different jobs, i got 2 hours in between which basically gave me enough time to go home and eat and shower and get to my other job, god now that was a fun day!!!!!!

sleep is good, esp when you are running heavy machinery, on 3hrs sleep on 12hr shifts...by 4am im already dozing out, and have to pay attention I dont press my fingers..

well as already stated, loose a few posts a night and get more sleep, and eat good in the morning, you will feel better through the day.

4 - 5 hrs a night is ok as long as it is consistent and you grab a 1 hr nap somewhere along the day - preferably just after work...

With 2 young kids, I'm lucky if I get 3-4 a night.......
