I'm at my g/f's house, and she won't let me d/l PS cause her comp sux, so I need someone's assistance with this pic.



I need her skirt to be a bit more appropriate (longer) so she isn't showing so much skin.
It's for a school assignment.

Hopefully you didn't need it to be animated, because editing it and keeping animation is NOT possible as far as I know.

Here is my attempt, hopefully her skirt is long enough.

you could use image ready..

pull the animated gif apart (save each pic seperately), edit each independently thru pshop and re-build the a-gif again with image ready..

Fine..I was compelled to try ImageReady, never used it before.

Here it is animated. Don't open it in imageready, my layers are a mess.
