arp head studs and metal head gasket
act 2600 clutch and fidanza flywheel
255 fuel pump
afpr
eibach sport line springs and kyb gr2 struts
3" exhaust
momo wheel and shifter
big brake upgrade
hard inter cooler piping
large hrc side mount intercooler
hks throttle body elbow.
upper strut bar
boost gauge and af ratio
balance shafts removed.

dont' trade cause you know nothing about them which is bad....only get a dsm if you have doe your research and know how to fix cars.

problems I see for you

1 act 2600 is a heavy *** clutch I see you a) launching it to hard and blowign your center diff

b)wearing out you peddle assembly adn master and slave real quick from act 2600

c)springs breaking on 2600

boost leaks, tuning breaking parts etc

sick car has soem decent mods to it...lame as **** rims though

the guy wants a reliable car now so he wants a trade...his dsm broke his heart one to many times

if your a very handy mechanic by all means....

most DSM owners work on there own car b/c they break so much, if its stock it will be more reliable!

i like Talons dont get me wrong, a buddy of mine at work has 2, a 91 and a 98..... 91 is so much faster!

high maintenance car. Also known for crankwalk. No so much on the 92-93, but 94 and up, bad for crank walk. Thats when they changed the rear to 2 bolt insteads of 4 and the flywheel to 6 bolt. Don't quote me on that, not exactly sure about the flywheel part.. But something along those lines..

act2600 i don't think is a huge problem. Many dsm owners put the 2600 in the awd. and 2100 for the fwd.. Makes all 4 wheels bite hard.

i dunno, me, i would pass on the deal. Up to the guys making the deal i guess.

chances are.. that car got the **** beat out of it. They are very fun cars. Not the easiest to work on. Myself and a friend are currently rebuilding his 91 tsi. It's going to be quick when he's done.. but oh man is it expensive.
