- Better living conditions (Proper nutrition, shelter, water, care etc..)
- Increased awarness (IE what it takes to bring up a child)
I remember reading somewhere about a case regarding breast feeding vs milk powder. Appearently due to contaminations in the water, the milk powder route caused children to become sick, and led to death
(This was in some third world country, you may want to research this!)
EDIT, I remember something about companies have to now specify on the label, that purfied water should be used. (IE boil it or something)
But yeah, check google!
