Need Help!

Anyone know how to tell what tranny they have, where can I locate the a tranny manual to tell me what tranny I have,

It's stamped on the case of the tranny...just pop your hood and take a look at the tranny. It has an ID, just like the engine.

now where can i reference that part number to find out exactly what it is

What do you need to know about it? There were not that many different trannys...and what car is this for? The Factory Service Manual has the parts listed, but you can just call your dealer to find out.
