hey guys/gals

im hitting up montreal next weekend for the long weekend . . . going with a bunch of friends to see the Jazz Fest and possibly hit up some clubs.

I know most of the clubs downtown since i'm always there every year for Sports Compact Performance. . .

but this time i wanted to go someplace different. . anyone know of any good lounges? Bars? Pubs? Shopping malls other then the Eaton Center downtown, montreal?

Madhatters. I went there for new years a couple of years back. Best new years of my life. Really cool neutral crowd. Don't know where it is though, but I won a t-shirt while I was there, and I think it's on there. I can check this weekend a let you know on Monday.

I think your talking about 737. . its an ok club. . . ben there twice in a row in the past 2 years for SCP. . .

JET nightclub was pretty good too!! . . .

yea i heard that ST LAURANT is pretty nice. . its on the outskirts of montreal. . . you'll basically find a strip full of bars and lounges. . .

my friend went, . . . i never been there though. . .

i just got back from montreal 2 weekends ago and it was Awesome!!! In my opinion the nightlife is much better than Torontos, People are trendier and everything seems more relaxed...

Anyhow, if you like steak go to Rubens on St. Catherines in terms of clubs and bars there are a load of them on Cresent St , the friday we arrived there we went to Churchills, Thursdays and some other place one the same strip...Saturday we went to Orchid on St. laurent then tokyo bar then back to Orchid... Orchid and Toyko bar is 21 and older and the music was pretty good. Man, I wanna go back Now that i'm thinkin about it!!! btw, unlike the toronto club district the streets were still filled till 430am an hour and a hour after the last call!!! here is Toronto the streets are ghost towns an hour and a half after last call...anyway, hope you have a lot of fun in ville de montreal

St. Catharine St. is cool - day or night.
Lots of clubs along the street as well- lots of strip clubs.

The Dome is nice I guess, as was 737. 737 is on the rooftop of some skyscraper, so its an original idea I guess.

I'm Not sure the exact address to these places, just take a cab there they know where to go!!!

BTW, SuperSEx was SuperSUCKS....maybe its because we went there in the afternoon, but it was JUNK...Whiskeys much better
