Thumbs up me! Dringking and driving!

yeah, so my friend called me at about 3:00am and he is like lets go to to macdonlands and get something to eat. so we go there and meet 5 other friends and start fooling around. you know sometimes u and friend just start going crazy?
so this chick cop comes to go to drive thru and she strats looking at us. so she goes and gets her food and comes and pulls behind my car come to me and my frinds and is like i wanna see an ID from everyone! so we give her the id. she goes in her car for like 10 mints and comes out and start looking at me in the eye for like 20 seconds and is like how many drinks. so I THINK(SO STUPID OF ME) and say none. she asks why did u have to think about it. and i was like because it was really long time ago.( I had a bouttle and half of Sminirof ice about 5 before that)! so she goes in her car for another 10 mints and comes with that breathalyzer thingi.

she takes me out of the car and starts reading me those stuff that i'm required to give her my breath sample blah blah balh..

so I start blowing and a beep went on after 10 secs and red light came on! I'm like ****! then she told me that it means that i'm trying to cheat and if I try to cheat she'll have to arrest me. and she takes off her hand cuffs and puts her hand on her gun!! I was really freaking out! so I blow again. after 20-30 secs of blowing she told me to stop. at the same time another cop car pulled into the parking lot! I was siriously passing out! it could've been normal for you guys but for me!! so at the end she said i'm fine!

god I will kill my self if I get charged for drinking and driving! why would you risk your and other peoples life!!!

oh by the way there was another thingi which made me even more worry! it wasn't my fault but she could make a BIIIIIG deal out of it! i mean BIG! I prefer not to mention it on this foarm!(I had some stuff form other people in my trunk)

I hope you weren't drinking and driving...

DRUNK DRIVERS DESERVE PUNISHMENT!
I hope they install those breath-testers that test your breath every 15 mins while you're in the car for like 2 years.. for past drunk drivers!

those car breath testers won't be cheap either.. apparently if someone gets caught for DD and they install it in a car it's going to cost between 9-13 dollars per day for the person who committed the crime, which is good... DD is at it's lowest point in history and I guess it will continue to fall... the only question I have is what happens if someone is at a light and then breathalizer in the car asks to blow and the person blows over?? His car will be stalled in the middle of the street.. isn't that sorta dangerious

What was in the trunk???
Why mention something then not actually say it?
Thats just GHEY!

Oh and uhmmmm you are lucky that you passed the breathalizer<--(SP) cuz from what you said you must have been over the limit earlier.

So then you DID drink and drive.

You are a fucken GOOF!

Nada from what he said (and maybe I need to be corrected if I'm wrong) I understood that he said he had something to drink at 5PM then drove at 3AM thats 10 hours .....between drinking and driving....

From what I've heard about the breathalyzer things installed in cars, you only need to blow into it in order to start the car. If you blow over, the car won't start.

Yes, there are ways around this, but at least this is a step in the right direction at stopping drunk driving.

And , that's what I understood it as so I guess that he wasn't drinking and driving since so much time had passed?

with the breathilizer thing, you have to redo it every half hour i think so you can't just get a sober person to start your car.
