mmm, right now, i just got home abuot 20mins ago from school, had a rolo milkshake from mcdonalds and now i'm eating some humpty dumpty cheetos and now having a barqs,



but i dont understand why i'm so fat ?

well I normally hit Burger king or Quizno's but today I brought my lunch. I had a sandwich and drinking box the sandwich was salami on white with mustard. and I've been drinking water too...

I try to keep my lunch at work on the cheap. I usually just get a bagel and an ice tea from Timmies downstairs. On occasion I splurge and go across the street to get a slice from Pizza Pizza.

I didn't bring lunch today. Just bought something from the building's cafe.

Usually, I try to eat less greasy food. And drink more water. And exercise of course.

Ok, I had a little cut of beef, marinated and simmered to perfection with a side of zuccini... I go home for lunch, that's why But if I don't, then McDeal all the way $4.27 for lunch ain't bad.

McDeal... every day a diff't meal Fridays is fish, and Wed is chicken... Mon is Big Mac... that's all I remember, but there are some with double 1/4 pounder cheezeburgers... etc.

bruno you just inspired me, i was hungry at work, and i called my friend who's starting a shift in like 1/2 hr to bring me some McDeal action, double cheeseburger today!! i know it's bad for you but it's just so good!!

i went to quizzno's today cause they just opened one in waterdown and i got this coupon that gets me a medium sub, chip and pop for $3... it was tasty

what sorry did you say something?

but to answer the question its in one of waterdowns fine plaza's... so pathetic... we have 3 now... one thing waterdown does have a lot of though is restraunts... fast food fine dinning... we got it all... as an added bonus i could probably leave my car unlocked all year and it would only get broken into once when all the bandits come in the summer... they like take stuff from every unlocked car every year... and i'm not joking
