I'm pretty sure it's illegal...there must have been an ammendment on the charter. You're getting locked up dude 
I see you have reasearched the topic extensively, but I really recommend looking into it further, cause one cannot give legal consent until 18, which makes it rape if the person you are involved with is under 18 (given that you are over 18). Do you not know that you have no legal say really until you are 18? Unless you are a killa teen, then you get tried as an adult and get put away. Apparently killing makes you 18 instantly
What ever happend to our young offenders act?

This is also why there is man slaughter as opposed to first and second degree murder...man slaughter is causing bodily harm causing death, which basically means you didn't know the actions you took would kill the person. If you are a black belt of a certain degree, and you fight someone to the death, man slaugher is out of the question for you, since as a trained figher you are supposed to know what is gonna kill the person. Just FYI
