Hahaha....easy there R Kelly I'm pretty sure it's illegal...there must have been an ammendment on the charter. You're getting locked up dude

I see you have reasearched the topic extensively, but I really recommend looking into it further, cause one cannot give legal consent until 18, which makes it rape if the person you are involved with is under 18 (given that you are over 18). Do you not know that you have no legal say really until you are 18? Unless you are a killa teen, then you get tried as an adult and get put away. Apparently killing makes you 18 instantly What ever happend to our young offenders act?

Actually.. the charter was revised in August of 2002. It used to be 14 is the legal age.. with exception of 12. But here's where it changes.. if you are 12.. you have to be under 14 to have sex with the person that's 12.

NOW... you only have to be under 16!

I did an essay on sex with teens ... a while ago And I keep myself up to date with it still It kept me interested!

R Kelly? What do you mean? huh? What?

R Kelly is an R&B superstar, but he has a thing for the yougunes. Cradlerobber He's had an affair with Aalyah (RIP) when he was 30 and she was like 15 or 16, and and more recently he had sex with another teenager (dunno the real age but <17). He's a great artist though!

You shold have seen the girl though I would have never guessed she was under 21 for sure. She was stacked and all around perfectly beautiful. I would risk jail time for this girl.

There is a difference...ignorance of the law is not a defense...like "oh officer, I didn't know that travelling 200kms/hr is against the law here in Ontario. ". However, ignorance of the facts is a viable defence "I didn't know she was under 18!" That is for criminal law. For quasi-criminal, which traffic laws are, they convict everyone they can. But for real criminal law, ignorance of the facts is a defense. There are two crucial elements to a crime, mens rea and culpus reus (sp?). One is the occurance of the crime, and the other is the intent to commit the crime. So, if you were unaware of the fact that you were committing an act that would lead to criminal persecution, then you have some leeway. However, not knowing your act was illegal is not a defence, since as a resident/visitor of the country, you are responsible for learning the local laws. When in Rome, do as Romans do This is also why there is man slaughter as opposed to first and second degree murder...man slaughter is causing bodily harm causing death, which basically means you didn't know the actions you took would kill the person. If you are a black belt of a certain degree, and you fight someone to the death, man slaugher is out of the question for you, since as a trained figher you are supposed to know what is gonna kill the person. Just FYI
