Hey guys. I was bored and wanted to go for a drive so I checked out Old Finch Road. That place is ******* creepy. I went alone. The roads are really dangerous the way they twist and stuff, and the bridges are so creepy. The Old Finch Bridge is the creepiest/oddest looking thing I've seen on a road. Like its pitch black until u reach the bridge and then bam, there it is. I didn't see any paranormal stuff, but I just got the chills. I went through all the roads and drove near Witmore's Farm too. Since I heard the story about bad luck and stuff I was saying "happy birthday" over every bridge I saw hehe. That place is nuts. We all gotta go there come spring and smoke a fatty.

I took my civic for a drive there on a night of a new moon ....man was it dark...I think I'll get some super bright headlights next time...

i got a looong *** story about old finch, and it happened on the FIRST DAY that i bought my civic...im not gonna tell the whole thing but that place is fu*cking CREEPYYY as hell...i was with 5 buddys and we were friggin scared like little scout girls lol...that place is messed up tho its pure fog everywhere and you hear a train non stop but theres no trains around there...there is a old mental hospital somewhere there too and we heard a wolf howling...damn

Actually I didn't see any fog or hear the train, and my radio was turned off.

Tell me where this old mental hospital is! I wanna check that **** out. I just tol my boy bout it all and come nice weather time, I'm making him come out there with some peeps and get mashed.

There was a movie with the red-haired guy from CSI Miami shot in an old mental hospital that was abandoned, somewhere in Ontario. Maybe that's the place. I think the movie is called Session 7 or something like that.

In Oshawa along the lakeshore is where the abandoned Psychiatric ward is. It has tunnels and buildings with stuff still in it.. It is haunted and there are security guards to keep people out of it during night time.

you gotta park down the road and sneak in..

Also there is another house in Maple, its an abandoned farm.. we seen lots of freaky **** when we went there over the past couple of years.

Oh and old finch is supposed to have a cemetary somewhere,, me and my friends went looking for it and got lost in the ravine.. took us about 2 hours to find our way back to our cars.

The Hospital is in Whitby, not Oshawa. It is still there but all the old buildings have been abandoned and a new facility built on the same land. They are shooting movies there all the time now.

There are some long straight roads in that area along with the downhill twists which are pretty fun to drive on. Me and my buddies use to all ways drive down there. I still do once in a while just for fun.

Yeah my freind was telling me about the tunnels at the hospital today in class. I've also heard there's a cemetary on Old Finch but didn't see it.

The place in Maple you're talking about is Kirby Road. Not this past summer, but the one before we used to go there a few times a week. Was a bitch to find in the first place. It's not really all that scary. Like it is creepy looking and stuff, but we didn't see anything paranormal there. Creepiest thing was some message written on a door that said "please don't bother the goats, they feed our children" or something like that. And there is a big open feild in that back, and little house, and the delapadated farm.

One time my buddy, me, and 2 girls drove to the very end of Kirby Road. We had heard about a place there too. When we got there my freinds car started acting really weird. His lights started dimming, there was some weird buzzing sound in the car, and all the windows got completely fogged up within a minute. And it's all pitch black where we were for a good 15 min of driving.

And when we made our way back onto the main road, we were somehow all the way out in Bolton. And we had stayed on Kirby the whole time, and it never changed names.

Take Jane north, and it's like the first road past Teston (Elgin Mills) and make a left I think. We mad the mistake of trying to take Teston across the whole way the first time and ended up in a construction site. It was ok cause we all had SUV's and vans that time. But yeah I'm pretty sure that's the area. It's called Kirby Road.
