Interviews for a school paper
Hey guys,
I am a second year journalism student at University of Guelph-Humber. Im going to be writing a paper on importfest and the new speed infraction laws that are put into place. If anyone knows or has had bad experiences/good experiences with the cops on your or a friends car just let me know and i could interview you and use you in my paper.
Also, if any of you bring your vehicle or go to importfest on a regular basis and partake in the import scene that would be good too, i need several sides to the story.
I would greatly appreciate it.
Let me know guys and thanks again for helping out!

yea, help a guy out
we cant make it up, we are in journalism school, we need to have a contact sheet and stuff, journalists need to be CREDIBLE! We need to relate what others are saying and thinking we are just here to write it down and relay it out so it is heard.
hope some ppl dont mind helping me out!

I got a speeding ticket for 46 over in a school zone and the cop didn't radar me and he was standing on the side of the road.
He radar'dthe car 100 yards infront of me and said I "looked" to be going the same speed.

Was driving through baseborden the other night and got pulled over by an MP for my blue lisence plate light and these guys are normally really ****, he gave me a ticket for $110 but he said i had 24 hours to fix the problem and bring it back and he wud rip up the ticket. So i did and he honoured his word. A different time with a regular cop i got caught with red turn signals, straight up ticket with no chance to fix it.

red signals in the front or back?
if it was in the back I would tell the cop to eat a dick, and take a look at this thing called the highway traffic act.
red turn signals in the back are legal.
s. 35 lamps that may be lighted intermittently or in flashes as a signal that the vehicle is about to be turned to the right or the left according as the lamps are lighted on the right or the left side of the front and rear of the vehicle; and any such lamp that is affixed to the back of the vehicle shall cast a red or amber light and any such lamp that is affixed to the front of the vehicle shall cast a white or amber light.
