well, usually around midnight, get into bed check email, shutdown laptop and tv, turn off the light and lay in the dark. I lay there for about an hour or so, until i give up and find some useless **** on tv to bore me until I am ready to try again.

Do you smoke a Joint before you go to bed? that usually will keep some ppl up. The human body is pretty funny somtimes everything is cause and effect so theres somthing you can do before resulting to drugs.

its funny you said that cause I used to do that to help, but I'm in school and weed has a negative impact on my motivation so I stopped smoking about 6 months ago.

But u could see your doctor and get some prescribed meds and theyll put u on a sleep regiment. hope that helps

could be your mattress, try flipping it, you pillow... i find if I take my iron pills, or take too much b12 before i go to bed I'm wired, it's almost like anxiety through out the night, and I cant sleep, other times, just cant sleep, like insomnia.

Try chamomile tea aswell, or go to shoppers/supermarket and take a look at there natural remedies.... I wouldnt be so quick to try over the counter stuff or prescriptions...maybe a health food store might be able to recommend something too....

Just some thoughts
