what I'll probably have to do is tell me boss there is from what I can tell huge interest in this phone in a select market segement (which happens to be a segment that BM is trying to target... ) so we'll see what happens

dial 611 from your Bell mobility cellular,

get to a live person (CSR (customer service reprisetive))

ask for the loyality and retention department

if asked why say becuase you considering switching companys due to issues with your phone

when speaking with loyalty retention inform them your phone sucks *** and you want a new one or your switching to telus which has a great deal on at the moment (make **** up)

or

you can wait till I get to work on monday and I'll check out the software load check instructions and see if yours is the newest load on the phone

I like the Matrix theme, but think the fact that a part of it slides up so that you can see the screen (that is how it works, right?? That's what it looks like to me... if it doesn't work like that, then just ignore me ) is gay!! lol
