I Can Not Believe It

Im going crazy right now. I turend 16 today, got my licence, got my 96 civic ex coupe. Drove alone tonight with my girl and went to my buddys house and as we were getting ready to leave he backs out hard...right into the side of my civic. Pretty bad looking, gonna be at least $500. He was flipping out, but what can you do. Oh yea I also go sited for being in a park after hours...pretty rough first day hu?

Yeah dude, don't be stupid.
I was stupid when I was 16 with my prelude too, now I pay $500 a month for insurance rather than $210 (what I used to pay)

thats why kids are supposed to start out at 16 in a ford tempo.... just like me.... that way you can't really speed and if you hit an inanimate object just remove any debris and off you go.... oh those were the days

well it sucks that all that happened to you on your first day....

maybe it's a sign from the powers that be?

also I'd like to point out that with your G1 at no time can you legally drive alone. you have to have a driver with 4 years experience in passenger seat beside you....

just thought I'd point that out incase you missed seeing that rule in the hand book or something .... just trying to help a fellow civic driver out, I hear tickets for this are pretty high.

anyways take care and congrats on the new license...

oppps then again it states your from Cleveland and therefore probably don't have graduated licensing .... my bad ...sorry

I killed quite a few cars in a year, then I got my Civic and I settled down. And by killed, I don't mean trashed/crashed/rolled... I just mean really drove the crap outta these cars! Never had any accidents... well I did go flying off the 401 into a ditch, but no damage (thank you God)... knock on wood

Be careful man, don't be driving alone with just your G1. Anyways, just make sure your careful, because you don't want your insurance to sky rocket at such a young age!
