How Much Sleep Do you guys need???

Lol. Cosmic girl, you mom sings at the dogs?
My mom wakes up at 5:30 every morning (M-F) to walk the dog, and make lunches for my sister and dad - sometimes for me too.
On weekends she never wakes me up though. When I'm asleep, I'm usually a pain in the *** to wake up. Same with my dad.
I notice that whenever I'm at the gym, I start yawning like mad, and my eyes close after about 3-4 sets of whatever it is I may be doing. A 20 min. cardio ride on the bike wakes me up a bit though.

I need like 7 hours minimum of sleep, anything less and I start getting sleepy at like 1pm.

She likes to make alot of noise when she's up and she talks LOUD too, plus she likes to wake you up when she's up - so trying to sleep is hard.

LOL
You guys are great.
I'm not the skinniest guy in the world, 6'2", 210lbs.
But I don't think that has too much to do with my sleeping habits.
As for eating right, I don't eat much junk food. I always have 2-3 dairy servings per day, about 2-4 Veg/Fruit servings, at least 1 meat serving, and some grains (in cereals).
I'd be interested to know if weight does affect your sleeping habits though??? Any dieticians out there?

Yes, unfortunately that crazy nut I call mom sings to all 3 dogs. She makes up the songs as she goes along.

You try gettting sleep with a full time job, helping run a Civic club, a wife, and an almost 5 year old son.
