well right now it would cost up to $200 trillion to run the particle project, and $500 billion to run the tiny spacecraft project.....but as technology evolves and becomes more sophisticated, it will eventually cost less than that since it will be easier and quicker to execute either project. i think somethin like this is imminent, its just a matter of time and political interest
