can the word "either" apply to a collection of 3 or more things?

like if there was 4 cars in front of you, could you say "i dont like either of them"?

Either is 2 things,
either do this...or that..


technically, you cant say "neither" either


why cant u just say
I dont like ANY of them.
lol
