Google Satellite Maps
Check out this mapping site. Click on Satellite in the top right corner. You can zoom in right on your house if you're area has been mapped from space.

if you look at the DVP and the 401 the construction isn't there (which it should be)
and at the Scarborough town center the Best Buy that just went in is missing
not super sure but I think a whole bridge is missing from the DVP/401 section and that really dates the photos

it depends what sections you are looking @.. the brampton Sat. photos are WELL upto date... They even have the 410 extention showing.. well the construction of it.. which was just this year.

I'm sure as the satellite photos get updated the images will be more detailed. It's still pretty cool looking a images that you normally see just from the street. Think of somewhere you've been and look at it from space.
