i've only had to go to court once.

the prosecutor's supinaed witness didn't show up, so they had to let me go.

i was confused as to what was going on and the judge looked at me and said 'you can go home now'

i went on a shopping spree... haha

i'm glad, cause the witness i took.. my friend.. decided to wear baggy blue jeans, a yellow t-shirt, and a black bubble vest....

anyone had anything interesting happen in court/

I went to court for Assault & Mischief last year, and this black guy in the courtroom pushed his Lawyer so hard he fell over the barrier that seperates the court from the benches (In the court room).

i had jury duty and a witness barfed all over the baliff (sp?) she was all nervous and got sick and he was helping her off the stand and she puked on his uniform.... even the judge busted up laughing..... it was a DUI or sumthing like that.... kinda laid back, nt that important

i just remembered that the first time ever that i was in court an older lady tripped and broke her dentures on that table you walk up to when you plead your case......i laughed and everyone else started laughing, including the old lady......the judge ended up letting everyone off that day.

I got arrested and charged with assault a few weeks ago because this stupid rat bitch wanted to make stories up and when I confronted her she denied everything and pushed ice cream cake out of my hand because it looked like I was gonna throw it... then pulled my hair, I punched her in the face a few times and she ran home and called 911...

I have two witnesses and so does she, both of us have different stories..

I wore a mini skirt and high heels that day and ended up tripping when I went back to my car.. my knee was badly scraped up.. but my witnesses and me are going to tell the cops she did it to me.. I took pics of it... she has no injuries thank god..

but I have to go through a LOT of **** to counter charge her (in hopes my charges will be dropped/ or I will get a peace bond)

I just turned 18 in april.. ****ing sucks...

I have court Aug 2nd, and I have to get a mug shot on the 20th
