What is everyone doing up this late?? Its 2:10am right now!!!I am up working on some medical reports for a doctor in Guelph!! what about you? shouldn't you be sleeping??

No coffee here.

I worked at the Superstore until midnight. So I am still wide awake from there. It takes me a couple hours to wind down. Which is fine since I have about 50 minutes of transcription for this doctor, which equals about 3-4 hours of typing.

there is more evidence coming out that 8 hours of sleep isn't for everybody like was once thought...

infact a lot of people are believe that its different for everybody, some people need 5-6 hours of sleep, some need 10 hours of sleep..

my understanding is you need 6-8... if you are physically exerted, (is, physical labour, weight lifting, sports), you need 7-9, if you do nothing 6-7 is fine...

then you only need to worry about the next 7 days... after a week, you will be alright, or you will be dead.. most zombie attack scenarios..
