Girl Trouble....Need Advice....

hey whats up ladiez and gentz....im in a little bit of a dilemma here...

THE GOOD
you see i've met this girl who I wanna wife (start a long term relationship with) I mean shes beautiful, smart, and most of all I feel some strong chemistry....something I haven't felt for a girl in a long time...im 20 shes 20 so its perfect....now I dont want to mess up one thing..as i have had bad luck with relationships, and ive been single for a very very very long time

THE BAD
she just ended a long term relationship, but claims there isnt any feelings left....we've only been casually talking for about 3 weeks...just on msn and when she comes to work on weekends
(we work in the same mall)...I dont want to rush anything but I dont want to come on to fast.... and I think (THINK) she likes me; any advice here would be so greatly appreciated from both a male and female perspective...

yes you're all wondering wtf does this have to do with TCC....my car isnt working...she's so different...doesn't care for nice cars or money....she already told me she dun like loud cars lol...but shes no nerd...she works for a salon if u can picture any females which work at salons

thanks...

well the long term thing is not a good sign for you in terms of a long term relationship (or 'wifeing' as you put it ) odds are she'll say she doesn't wanna get involved again and needs time... so asking her to 'date' would be bad. showing interest is the way to go (such as including her in your after-work plans on the weekends) so that if/when she is ready, she'll let you know knowing that you like her. so be patient and give her time to finalize in her mind the previous relationship. I wouldn't wait longer than a month tho before somehow showing her how I feel, else you'll become 'the friend' which means game over for you.

good luck

she seems like a good girl, not a nerd because she does not like loud exhausts? maybe thast because she is not a kid who thinks their are the next lead role in the fast and the furious. She may be to much for you to handle if thats the kind of person you are....( judging by the way you type...dun worry )

It sounds like to me that you are already in love before you even had a first date. I think you should tread carefully and just relax, have some fun, cause it't gonna hurt like a biatch if you love her and all she want's to be is just friends.......

tell her some what how u feel... i.e. that you like her..
but dont tell her u wanna wife her yet.. may scare her off...
just be her friend.. and then slowly as she likes u more and more u will know for a fact that this other long term guy it outta her mind...

then u can tell her how u really feel... this way it gives her the chance to at least have the same idea too (as in long term with u)

Also this way u will not waste ur time.. cause if she doesnt feel the same way then u will know by this point. and everything is cool cause u didnt wear too much of ur heart on ur sleave.

I read only the beginning of your first post....

You're 20 and want to marry a chick your not even dating. Take your time with marriage. Its nothing you wanna rush.

Also, how can you think long term with someone you're not even dating? Chill, relax, get to know this girl then you can decide that. You might not even like her after a few dates. She could be a loud farter for all you know!

Ask her out casualy on a date... nothing big.. but a place that allows you to chat.. like if you at the mall and your both done work... ask her if she wnats to go grab something to eat beofre you both head your own way.

After a while tell her you like her... casually.. dont just say I like you....hahhaa...be more creative.....but.. tell her you understand her situation and you don't want to rush her into anything. Tell her you just wanted her to know how you felt. She will respect you for respecting the fact that she just got out of a long realtionship and understand where she may be coming from.

And also showing her that you care... might actually make her like you

Thats might get you off to a good start... at least she will know... but not feel pressured to get into anything... and if things work out she will be yours...

If not you'll know off the bat and stop wondering if anything will ever happen. And it will also elminate her thinking of you as just a friend...

Hope it helps

these people don't know what they're talking about.

if she`s just getting out of a long term relationship i dont know what to say. do her and her ex still talk?

id say take it slow and see what happens from there but dont jump in to anything serious yet cause maybe shes not looking for a long term relationship yet but just be your self and if the times right tell her how you feel and see what happens from there

but good luck and hope it works out for you

you;re 20, dont even THINK about marriage yet, you;re still a child

get to know her, become friends, have fun

if you're goal is to marry her, then you will fail, she just got rid of one man, she doesnt want another
