If you win the bid, you put up the collateral money for X # of months while owner trys to pay off the bank, plus give you a huge surplus. If owner cannot pay, you get the house.

Not so quick, but still better than most is High Risk Stocks and Funds.

IE - Latin American funds +49 to ** over last few years..
