costco had a reallly really nice one for a good price too, about $200, its a stand with a mount that slides left or right, up and down, and it had a nice black tempered glass top with wood sides

looks very slick my friend has it with his 42" plasma

This is what I'm looking at. It's not chaep though, but very high quality from the model I've seen and what my neighbour who has one has said.

Yah in laws bought that stand for there 46" Lcd and its nice..I like wall mounted more though look cleaner.
