How about a job overseas where it's hot & sandy? The pay is beyond excellent, but there's a catch. ie. getting shot at, blown up, etc

get EI to pay for a trucking course, then be a trucker. i know someone making $26 an hour, just started a few years ago (I dunno, $26/hr in the office cuz he injured himself pulling a trailer pin - dunno how much he makes on the road)

Don't they get paid by kms or trips? I guess owner/operators do, but not sure if one drives for a comapny.

I have a business diploma but I refuse to work a job that I have to be anywhat formally dressed...I was thinking about the trucking course...good money no doubt

ive always wanted to drive a rig! constuction is a good gig there always looking for someone to do the dirty work you can be there little b with a itch if you get in with a good crew you can learn lots and get a good work out at the same time!

Yeah, construction is good. I remember my friend from high school his father owns a construction company and hired me for a summer job. At that time back in 1989 where minimun wage was like under $5, we were hauling $14/hr. Plus, I got the experience of driving payloaders, backhoes, bulldozers, bobcats, and dumptrucks. That was fun.

since when does a suit mean using your brain? a day cab truck driver still rakes in coin and you work 8-12hr shifts...no worse than what I did before
