Do you support the decriminalization of Marijuana??

Please reply to the poll and state your opinion...

This is just an unscientific poll..

(DISCLAIMER) The TCC and its members do not endorse illegal drug use of any kind...

Thanks...

I do if it is controled in some way. Not the selling on the street. They would also have to have an age limit and a test for it much like a breathalyzer.

So it would be OK to goto the store show your ID and pick up a pack of Northern Lights prerolled....

How much would you pay for a pack of Doobies???

Remember if it is government controlled you should get more for less..

I know..

Never works out that way...

Thanks for your opinion...

Trying to help my sister with a project for University...

I don't touch the stuff, but I don't have a problem with it at all. I mean, really, what's the difference between smoking a little pot and having 3 or 4 brewskies?
I'll tell ya the difference... after drinking a few beers to get the same level of buzz as a doobie, you've gotta **** like a race horse.

anyone that knows me... knows i don't touch the stuff
but...if it was decriminalized i would want specific guidelines about it...
you wouldn't want a 6 year old going to the store and buying this would you?

then there's the driving and smoking issue......

blah...blah...blah

Not to long ago 6 year olds could buy smokes for their parents at the store...

And alcohol seems to be very accessible to minors already...

I know when I was young I had no problem grabbing a 6 for before the school dance...

Did you???

Personally, I think that MJ should be legalized in a way such that if found in possession of small amounts of it, it should only be confiscated (at worst), and no criminal charges should be laid. From what I know, the justice system is backlogged a great deal mostly due to the large amount of (relatively) small but numerous charges laid due to the possession of MJ. I don't support a complete decriminilization (sp?) of MJ, since it would most likely not have too many positive effects on society as a whole.

That is my input,

MK

i was too cool for the school dance
and just because it's accessible doesn't make it right...in my area i see 12 year olds smoking crack in the stairwells of builldings around here.... crack and coke is very accessible to them... does that make it ok?

No that is not OK at all..

Street level dealers would be cut out of the picture over night..

Heavy user's could be easily identified, and help for them could be made available if needed...

Most people can find what they want anyway, legal or not...

Lets say we had an Amsterdam Red light district in the Richmond club strip...

did you want my opinion? or do you want to debate?

honestly... no matter what you say ...or where you compare it to i still don't think it should be completly decriminalized

i agree that in small amounts you should only be ticketed .....but that's about as far as i go

I personally don't care because i find that its a waste of time and money but they might aswell legalize it because it would make it less of a big deal to smoke.

i smoke all the time and beleive it should be decriminalized. Sold like alchohol except and this goes for alchohol also it should be purchased with a swipable id card that indicaates the amount of consumption by a single person so every time you go buy alchohol it is recorded. I don't drink alchohol and ALOT of my friend sdrink 40's daily at least one usually about one and a half. That kind of stuff should be recorded, to keep records. So that these people can be sent thiings like stop drinking don't drink and drive propaganda in the mail from the government.

And really abusive users should be contacted by some government run agency and put on some sort of limit. You guy s understand what i mean right...if it shows you buy a 24 daily then you might have a problem.

I think they should.

Drinking and driving is dangerous. Your judgement is gone.
Pot is different. You slower to conceive but parinoid too....

Im no expert THIS IS just my opinion.

Do I smoke pot? Maby once a month if that. I drink Once every 3 months. I like smoking better. Acohol does not agree with me.

But then Maby they shouldnt legalize it. Seeing my friends do it every day religiously is pathetic. They look so stupid and dopey...and slow...WHAT???? I CANT REMEMBER???? DUHHH???
You know what I mean.

But I cant be a hypocrite ,I was a cronic bastard in my late teens. But my friends still havnt stoped.

Pot is somthing that is abused by many.
Work 60hr week THEN smoke a joint. You deserve it.
NOT wake up and bunn 3 heads a day.

Its being abused for what it is really ment to deserve by many.
