ME? I'm whiter than the belly of a lake trout. Does that make me any better or worse than anybody else? NO! Now, the fact that I've been spreading my love nation to nation since '87(joined military).........gives me some latitude in speaking of race relations.
Those of you who live in the Tdot or Hongkouver are leaps and bounds above most of Suburbia and damn near all of the U.S.

^^^so let me get this straight, you think that the white man back then wasn't being gready and ignorant and self-rightchous(sp) to their own creed they forced the indians to give up their own land and raped and pillaged them as well. HOw about the whole black slave thing then. Oh, wait second, you're right, they were just exploring.....bullshyt home slice, they did have it out for anyone or thing that wasn't the same as them. they were afraid of change and too pig headed to understand something different. It was their way or 6 feet under. the greedy bastards weren't happy with all the land they had so they set out on adventures and conquered what ever didn't see their views. You should go read some history books and educate yourself!

its fine to explore but they didint find anything new like maybe new to them they could have said we found the new worlld and treated the inhabitants fairly because if i came to your house smack your family up rape your women then claim the house as my own is it justified since u kno its new to me and i was exploring then i could call all my homies up and we could continue to "explore" the new street and force our ways upon you and the locals.. hmmmmmmmm think about it

both you guys are blaming whitey for things that happened hundreds of years ago, when what was and wasnt acceptable was COMPLETELY different from 2006...though morally wrong in every which way (yeah i agree), we cant change what happened...so why dont we fix the problems that are happening right now? lets move on with life, every race/country is messed up in some way, and society as a whole wont ever be perfect.

happens more then just in the congo happens all over, every race creed religion etc has issues point blank i was responding to your "they were exploring" comment. because as u see the same situation your refering to in the congo ( why did you choose the congo by the way as your example) as u state the're REBELS but in the history books there called "Explorers" and the ones who decided well we want it now were called "pirates" and "Theives and gangs and such but the original ones that started the trend were called "Explorers" and have parades and holidays named after them when in theory by your own example they were as you would say rebels.
