Darknights, is it worth going to?

Its ****ty weather outside and admission and parking and food and drinks, it can get up there in $$$ so I want to know if its worth going.

Has anyone gone to DKN's yet and can tell me its honestly worth going to?

Ya i know what you mean. Every show I've been to has had freestyle dirtbike expos, street bike stunt expos, rock crawler expos, well over 1000 cars, numerous hot body contests, a bike show, a truck show, 3 stages, etc etc etc.

Seriously, DKN sucks bigtime. We should all boycott it.

I think the only reason it gets such a bad rap is because of the presence of Police in the surrounding area. I know this deters many people and can make pretty much everybody uncomfortable, but that's really the only drawback I noticed. There is a meeting tomorrow (Monday) @ Markham Fairgrounds at 6:00 pm with the CEO of DKN to discuss tickets, laws, and police presence and give advice to anybody who received a ticket in the process of getting to and from the show.

I don't think it was worth it at all... frig it cost me 50 dollars... parking and 2 admission and like 5 dollars for 2 bottles of water for my girl and I which made us both feel sick..? then the gas money form ajax to markham and back...

it was all rice mobiles I was happy to see silversig's car, someting that looks normal and the ITR's where nice, just so much crap didn't appeal to me like 6 tv screen's w/e, not like you can drive these cars on the street.. almost all the nice show cars had nitrous and i'[m thinking to my self what a waste of money you can't even legaly drive you car... you make it all nice.. so other people can look at it.. that's just dumb.... Nicest Rims at the show, where the Spoon Sports SW388 i think and.. Si Veloz OZ Rims, i think those where the superleggras or something those are nice and light i here

anyway waste of money, i was thinking of going to import fest.. but is't the same thing?

all shows are the same in Canada, true. go to the US and check out the scene there, the cars there are outta control.

too bad I couldn't come this year, woulda been nice so chill with the tcc peeps. instead I spent my day sweating my *** off under a WRX trying to install a big HKS turbo. operation 'asskicking' was a success haha
