Carry-on luggage?

Hey guys,
I'm flying to Cuba and just wondering who knows if I can bring food such as chips and cookies in my carry on bag?

haha what!?

How about the cookies?
I went on the Pearson website but it has nothing to say, and calling them is a mission.

yes, u can bring chips...hell my sister brought like 6 cans of pringles, realfruit candies etc...hell I had a lighter on the plane...they really didnt seem to check luggage etc as thorough as they did a couple years back...

bringing food with you is the most clutch thing ever...especially since all the snacks down there are ***...mr potato (their brand of pringles) arent that bad but pringles taste like gold in comparison...oh only bring canned chips cuz bagged chips are just gonna get crushed and make a mess all over

You're allowed to bring lighters but you can't bring toothpaste over a certain amount.

Go figure.

the airport still says no lighters in carry on luggage...but I just put in with my camera and it goes through...I dunno...maybe a lighter plus toothpaste could be bad news...who really knows, they use no logic with their rules

you can't bring a knife, if they don't find it that's one thing, but if they do that's another...

you can bring chips, cookies etc... as long as it's not a liquid or a gel or can be used as a weapon you're pretty safe...

sealed food is not a problem.

i take nibs, breakfast bars, and pringles.

pringles will save your life if you're hungover and feel like puking if you eat/drink anything.

eat them slowly. the can through the day while in bed or on the beach.
