bored @ work, so thought id do this

yea, thats right, i am uber bored at work
figured id find out what happened in history today

bdays:
1875 Walter Percy Chrysler - found Chrysler Corp (1925)
1955 Dana Carvey

important stuff that happened
1813 US invasion of Canada halted at Stoney Creek (Ont)
1933 1st drive-in theatre opens (Camden NJ)
1944 D-Day: 150,000 Allied Expeditionary Force lands in Normandy, France
1972 David Bowie releases "Rise & Fall of Ziggy Stardust"

theres tons more, but thats most of the cool stuff
