I know how you feel, i only had my 99 civic SiG for six months and my boyfriend wrote it off, i wasn't even in the car when it happened. I had a sunfire before my civic and when i bought my civic i thought it was the best car in the world..... since then i have been so depressed, i have always driven a nice newer car. (sunfire/civic) at this point my insuance company left me shot $1600 and i had no cash. after a week of run around not knowing what the hell was happening with my car. The day i got my cheque from them they said, you need to return your rental which was a base model corolla not what i am used too lol right away, leaving me with no car/cash for a new one and i still had to work. I ended up with an 88 civic hatch which has more problems then anyone would like. now not having $600 worth of payments a month for my other civic i am still broke trying to make this car in good shape. I am a five star driver no tickets no accidents and i am female almost 24. Man insurance companies don't care anymore. Don't let the lloosing your civic bring you too far down, trust me, when i lost mine I thought my world ended and have jepordized everything, my job, my boyfriend and my family wasn't happy with me either. Its a car, sorry to say, we both have to face realitiy cars can be replaced, so can your job, but right now you need it and think of it this way...............job= civic again. Sorry about your loss.

Do you mind telling us your secret on how you manage to sucker
$9000 from your insurance? Maybe this is why insurance rates for everybody else is sky rocketing, because of these high insurance claims.
