Its awful, but oh well... better then killing people. Atleast they had a reason, but I would hate to be one of the people who had to take a dog away from an owner and beat it in front of them.

but to put them to death by beating them is insane..come on...there are better ways. this is crazy

^ THat is true.. kind of barbaric when you think about it. But we do the same to baby harp seals.

yeah thats hunting though....and they do that because shotting it damages it or something stupid like that...

but still a dog that is tame and on a leash shouldn't be beaten... thats just cold hearted

that whole country is ****ed.


if this happened even once in canada or the states and it was legalized, there would be a rebellion of dog owners killing cops.
