Adobe Premiere Question
ok 2 questions here, I just installed premeire and now when i click .mpg links in a browser and it goes to stream play it through media player it says an error has occured and i have to download the video first to watch it when i never had to do that before.. any way to fix
second question is, when im in premeire putting together a movie from other clips i have, when i import a video into the timeline then watch it the sound is all choppy, even when i save it and even if i compile the new video in complete it still has the choppy sound, if that doesn't make sense and u need a example let me know and ill post one... but its done that for me on 2 different computers and i dunno why any help would be great

How much memory do you have?
Video takes alot of memory. I never get any of that stuff you are complaining about, but I also have an AMD 1.6 with over a gig of ram.
It also helps if you don't have anything else running in the background.
Also, Some programs use alot of memory to work right.

hmmmm.....could it be the video capture card that might be at fault?
And are you SURE that's all you have?
Do the crtl/alt/delete thing, and check the processes that are on.
You can also run ad-Aware, and it will tell you the same thing next to the "runnning processes". I'll bet there is other stuff that is running in the background that you didn't know of.
Maybe one of those things might be causing the conflict?
