Try the Atkins diet. My father has lost like 30 pounds in 2.5 months.

Cut out the mixers... I went from Gin and 7UP to Vodka and Soda Water with a twist of lemon... healthy drinking

Cut down all your portions to 3/4 the size, don't go for seconds, cut out regular pop, and switch to diet pop if you have to... no more snacking neither. If you have a sandwich, there will be NO cheeze on it Mayo should NOT be part of every meal... just start eating more bland food. I ate tuna on brown bread (Dempster's 12 grain) for like 3 years when I was in university... that and cerial and soy milk...

Eating slower definately helps out b/c it takes time for your brain to realize that your full, so even doing that will help out... Oh yea and if your a beer drinker cut down or stop all together ... A friend of mine stopped drinking beer for a few months and did everything else the same and he lost roughly 15lbs... made a big difference

To lose one pound of fat you have to burn 3500 calories..

So just by cutting back on your calories alone, you can burn fat. Obviously that will take a long time if you have a lot of fat to lose.

Your body needs to be in a calorie deficient state to lose weight.

Try following this meal plan.

Meal 1

4 Egg Whites 1 Whole egg , 1/3 cup of Oatmeal (Plain)

Meal 2

2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Apple

Meal 3

3-4 ounces of chicken breast
Fresh Salad

Meal 4

Protein Shake (You can make this post workout)

Meal 5

Can of Tuna
1/3 of a cup of Oatmeal (Plain)
2 TBSP of Udo's Choice Oil (EFA... Essential Fatty Acids... I really recommened this)

Meal 6

3-4 ounces of chicken breast OR
A cup of lean ground beef

If you can't handle the can of tuna alone, mix it with a tablespoon of miracle whip or mustard.

Space these meals 2-3 hours apart.

Do not eat anything within 3 hours of sleep

Drink plenty of water.. 4-5 liters per day... Water helps with FAT LOSS

Exercise 4-6 days per week.

Weight training can be done 4-5 days per week followed by 30-40 minutes of cardio.. Heart rate for the cardio should be kept around 140 BPM

Also ditto to what everyone else said..

This diet is similar to the atkins ( very low carb and high protein ) but there are a lot more carbs...

Stay off drugs... no Ripped Fuel or Diet Fuel... that **** will make you twitch

Don't go on a DIET... rather CHANGE the way you eat. I know a guy from highschool he lost like 100-150 lbs prolly... no joke. He paid massive $$$ to go on this diet plan. Anyways, 2 years later, he gained it ALL back. I saw him in the last few weeks, he's just as big as he was before

Simple.

Eat nothing but apples for 3 days, and drink water. If you still cant' loose weight then, just give up the thought of loosing it.

It works.
