Insider reports suggest that the Camaro may make a comeback on a new Sigma-based platform to be shared with the next GTO. Engines may include a base V6, a 5.3L V8 SS and a 6.0L 6.0L LS2. Styling is leaning towards retro. All this depends on GM untangling a legal mess involving old Quebec plant workers and the Canadian government.

that was on honda-tech... some kid made it in photoshop, its not real.
and if it shares the platform with the GTO, then why would they make a small production run in quebec and not the current plant where they make the GTO?

Ain't gonna happen. I read thata GM has cancelled plans for a future rear wheel drive chassis which that new Camaro whould have been based on. Unless the use a truck (too heavy) or Cadillac (too expensive) chassis, GM can't build it.
