my plan is to go an entire year without doing ANYTHING to my car so i can save up to buy a house...

hopefully that works...

but if not... rims/lip kit/euro R conversion/exhaust/intake/headers

are all ideas i'm playing with...

hopefully saving up for a house pans out

Done and done already.

There are some very nice things available for the Si, but its such a great car already, my mods will limited.

Tires and maybe wheels, a drop and possibly some nice struts or full coilovers, shift kit and probably an intake of some kind.

Basic bolt-ons, nothing too fancy.

Same as last year...nothing!

Like SilverSiG, I'm thinking on a larger scale, and am saving up for a house. If all goes well, I'll be in my career job by January, which will make buying a house much easier...as well as a new car....540i

Need new tires, buy some engine oils, I think that's it.

But if my "play money" gets bigger, maybe, just maybe, half cage and get the sunroof patched.

And if I go nuts, more power.

-Some good stickey summer tires with the stock SiR 15" rims (they're nice and light and are cheaper to buy good tires for).

-Magnaflow high-flow cat

-Light-weight flywheel with unsprung full-kevlar race clutch (maybe)

-Larger throttlebody

-Megan Racing 4-2-1 Header

-Home made stiff motor mounts

-Racing style drivers seat

I want to focus on the vehicle response. An engine with really snappy response and good power throughout the rev range can be quicker than an engine with more peak hp, and is much more fun to drive. I want to really tighten up the car and make it a really good autocross/ road track performer without spending a heap of money which I don't have. Heck, I may even design some parts and fab them up myself to try out some ideas I have...

Cosmetically:

-Black hood (carbon fibre if possible)
-Black front lip and side skirts (all stock SiR body parts)
(btw, the car is blue)
-HID kit for the headlights (they suck stock)

And thats pretty much my list for next year.
