who would buy painted valve covers

if i were to paint and sell valve covers(particularily d engines) who would be interested?

this is what i did, get another one from the junk yard and leave it at the paint shop/body shop and they will do it for you

There are many reason for joining the club. Not everyone is a DIY person. Some have completely stock cars and prefer to have it that way. You get what you want out of the club.

You can still add OEM parts, etc.

I've thoguth of doing mine actually, but in my case with the new Si, half of the engine is buried under the cowl and windshield.

A real JDM Type-R valve cover for my car is almost $200.

Thats cheap in some cases, fake replica Mugen Valve covers are going for 225.

lol nice k ill probably start doing it need some money on the side. and yea painting your valve cover is a lot of work and time consuming. i sanded all the crap off a valve cover by hand a couple weeks ago and it took like 3 hours. alright thanks for the help guys ill probably have ads up soon. most will be sohc engines, cant find many dohcs except for the older ls motor.
