Where were you guys saturday?

When we did our little gathering on woodbine and 16th

We were about 12 persons in 6-7 cars from Montreal.
But only 3 cars from TCC showed up, we were looking to this meet, but it turned you we were very disapointed.

it looks as though this was a busy weekend for every one I believe their is a thread in regards to this . We had a lot of people everywhere unfortunately it wasn't at woodbine and 16th . Speaking for myself I was working on OcTaNeTeDdY's car getting it ready for the show so I was sleepin. I will see if I can find the thread regarding everyone else.
Please do not think we wanted to disrespect it was a busy weekend

Sorry neither Cantonagod or I could attend until dinner time due to his working, and I was spending time with our 4 year old. But alot of people who worked that day were highly interested in the buffet for the evening, what happened to that?? I had several people contact me with questions on location and time for the dinner.

Hopefully it will work better next time.

For next time, a 'Rollcall' may solve the problem. Seems to work well for the scheduled meet and not-so-scheduled

Many TCC members were saddned that they could not hook up with the Quebec folks. From the thread. it seems just too many things on that day. For me, too.

Next time...

Well..Duy had the chance to clean my throttle body..that was nice of him. Got rid of alot of the carbon...I also gave him a test drive in my car..I think he enjoyed it.

Got to meet up with Jeff @DKN..

personally, DN for me is more a time to meet with our partners and make new contacts. It was nice to meet the guys from PAS and SCN...and of course the TCC members. Other than that...bah..I like schmoozing with contacts.

PS: Duy..I filled up with Ultra 94 in Markham.and in Kingston, and finally in Cornwall before I got to Mtl. The car rolled nicely. Felt good driving it with that gas...too bad I've gotta go back to 92 octane soon....

I posted this in the other thread..

I slept in and I went to Darknights purely to meet up with TCC and CCQ. I didn't buy anything, I didn' t take pictures of anything and It was hot as hell. I also paid $54 bucks to be there. I was looking for everyone all day.. I am a little miffed myself. I opened my eyes at 2:00, What could I do except for race down to Darknights.
