Like I said to gatherer, you have to see the color in person to appreciate it. He saw it last night and he admitted it was pretty nice.

yeah its authentic bomex... saw a few replicas around that didnt look too nice... but yeah.. he got hooked up with the c-west bumper from his buddy.. didnt pay too too much but it took awhile to get it shipped over... and yup.. saw the yellow civic EL.. saw a few flause still.. i think vis is the way to go with carbon fiber... my hood fits perfectly without the need to put hood pins on...

Did you get the full Bomex kit? I wanted to get it before cause the authentic kit isnt too expensive but there's something about the C-west that just drew me too it. If your buddy has a link for C-west front bumpers I would be very interested in getting a real front bumper if the price was right. Where'd you get your VIS hood from, I need to find a place to get an OEM cf hood with a nice weave, no pre0drilled washer holes and good fit ment.

Charcoal Mist Metallic, Final plans for the outside are 6000K HID's, OEM style CF hood, Bomex mirrors and maybe some 50% tint

IMO, don't go 6000k HIDs, you won't put out enough usable light.
5000K is the perfect cross between looks and output.

if I can get a 5000-5600 kit i might go with that but i think the 6000K looks the best IMO. Im not too worried about the HID's right now as im more than happy with my bulbs. I really want to get a cf hood but there alot of $$$

yeahh... cf hood's are a LOT.. of money... i picked mine up from automotive warehouse for almost 8 bills i think? expensive enough that im keeping it just as a show hood... lol.. but yeah.. its visracing and the fitment is really good.. not sure if vis carries hoods without the pre-drilled washer holes though?... but u can probably get a pretty good oem cf hood for bout 5 bills.... just look around.. go with vis!.. never for jsp!..
