do whatever suits you man, performance is nice but some people like there cars to look nice and different. My exterior is pretty modded and i dont have any idea what u guys are sayin bout getting hassled by cops because i have never been pulled over by a cop for anything but speeding. I would also start with like a dx coupe and take the money you save buying that and put it towards other stuff cause a sunroof and **** isnt worth the extra cash in my opinion.

As for your list man heres wut id do/change:

Tint (30-35% all around)
Front Lip
Side Skirt
Rear Lip
remove the black protective stuff on door that goes across
Spolier (id remove the si spoiler and have hte holes filled, i think it looks cleaner this way)
Paint the whole car some type of blue
red/white tail lights the si type ( i dont think there si tails but maybe im wrong)
1-piece projector lights with halo crap (dont cheap out on crap 1-piece cause they will look like *** and fit like *** too.)
Security Compustar
some 2.5inch exaust or something like 100 bucks to make it look nice.. for now...(for $100 ur only gonna get a muffler so expect to pay more if ur getting a full catback)
engine comes with AEM CAI, so it should sound pretty nice alone (CAI will just make noise and make the air flow a little better, nothing crazy)
Car has coilovers, and new springs.. so all keep them as is till i do more upgrades (what kinda coilovers? do u mean coilovers and shocks cause coilovers are just a height adjustable spring basically)
Tires
and 15" rims

hey man, i will be doing performance in time..

i will be doing 35% all around that's legal right? lol

Not sure about spolier, i want to look at different ones if nothing, then all fill in holes.

you know what tail lights i'm talking about

Oh, the 1 piece are cheaper i though they would look cleaner.. what's the best to get..?

sorry i meant muffler, i don't care for full catback now, all wait till engine swap

i know CAI, is no big deal but it comes with car

coilovers are.... areospeed not greatest but there fine for temp..

any other suggestions or comments anyone?

any tint on the front drivers window is illegal but ur not likely to get pulled over for that unless its pitch black.

I think the eg's coupes look cleaner without the spoiler but if u can find a clean option go for it.

There are a bunch of cheap copies of the 1piece headlights around that fit poorly and i wouldnt pay $20 for them. GEt some TYC 1-piece projectors. They will fit like oem and there 100x better looking than the generic stuff out there.

from whati know aerospeed is a pretty good company so that should be fine, does it have aftermarket shocks too?

for the color dont get anything too crazy like babyblue or wutever if its ur daily driver.

get something different, look at different companies websites or dealerships and get some ideas of the color u want.....dont just stick to honda colors.

As for the TYC's expect to pay alot more than $200 for them, but there well worth it IMO.

Sorry...But this is the real world. If you have all this money to blow on car parts, grow up and pay for your schooling. I cant stand when people dump money into there cars when they are mouching everything else.
+1 for dont mod anything until YOU can pay for it all.

Its just me....but i lose respect for people who are given it all and take it for granted. I had to pay every penny of my car myself, along with primary insurance from day 1. It drives me crazy when young guys drive there parents cars or even cars giving to them from there parents, and act like its there car. No its your parents car and they are letting you drive it. If you dont pay earn your car yourself....its not your car.

1st thing you do is maintenance maintenance maintenance, then susp susp susp then wheels... then nice seats and harness... brakes... steering wheel.... then maybe some mild engine work.

maintenance > j00

^^ exactly what im doing to my car, so my suggestion would be the same for the above. Get the car running we'll, do a tune up, then build your suspension and braking, then I would go to the interior for a bit of work, then exterior and motor (for me it would be vise versa, motor and suspenion) but I noticed in your first post that you wanted to do exterior work before motor work..

It's a bit off from Bruno's opinion but you get the clear picture.
