Rims

Throw on some Black 15's, maybe black SIR's (painted). Those hubcaps are "distracting"

I always hated the 6th gen h/b, but when I finally saw someones 6th gen at the Open Cork, with nice black rims, and black paint, I changed my mind completely.

Nice looking car bud.

Yup, those hub caps are off already. I finished painting my black steel wheels.

One can of Tremclad Rust paint, 4 direction spray x 2 coats per wheel, just enough for all 4. Hopefully, I will get time to wash and wax my car before Wed.

Probably get a can of colour mixed at a store and paint my OEM mirrors. Switch white signal lights back to orange. Going back to Stock look lol.

Goo

Sorry didn't get to your question earlier.

To be honest, if I were to buy a hatch at this moment, I would not get leather seats and sunroof, and even A/C and that cheap Pioneer CD deck (all 4 are added on).

White leather looks nice, some people say it looks pimp. I like the colour combo but they do get dirty and hard to maintain. I am trying my best to scrub them once in a while to keep it clean. The driver side gets daily wear and tear so that cannot be avoid. I can save the money on leather and get a set of racing seats (or just buy a real expensive one). But when the time comes, I might let go the white seats. I mean, it is not vinyl to begin with so it still holds its value.

Sunroof, seeing it has brought me some leaking problem I would have say no in the beginning. Yes I can take it out and seal it off with a piece of metal but since the leakage is sorta fixed, I can enjoy it for a while.

A/C, I haven't refilled A/C Coolent since March 2000. That's how often I use my A/C.... I totally want to get rid of it cause I am beginning to find that I only want to keep the things I use in a car. The back is stripped because, well, no one ever sits in my back. So why keep the dead weight? Same goes for A/C so I am gonna make up my mind real soon about selling it. I think the car circulates better with a big empty space at the back, open a slit from sunroof and it sucks the hot air out right away.

CD Deck, same issue. But I guess it is cheap enough that no one will even bother to steal it and it plays CD which is what I need, so I guess it is a keeper. Seeing how I got my Pioneer 9200 stolen twice makes me think if I really a high-end system in the car. Plus, it was a gift from my ex, and I ******* hate her. So, good to get rid of it.

Less is More. The whole idea of minimalism is being applied to my car, one step at a time.
