Since...a large crowd of civics with modifications, theres bound to be a few newbie wannabe racers with skills that are developing...wanting to test themselves with competition...
ya know...

Cops must think badly of such situations. Big group, egos pumped up.

If some people want to meet up westend that's fine with me but not Sherway that's so out of the way... anything more like SQ 1 ish... closer to 403 / 401
