Decent, but

"His Civic boasts M3-style mirrors, a Team Xenon body kit, Neuspeed lowering springs, Tanabe exhaust, Altezza (Japanese domestic market) tail-lights, upgraded stereo and colour-coordinated interior. "I make sure everything on it is legal."

The car was a $10,000 birthday gift, and he's sunk about $1,000 into upgrades. Hosein works for his dad, who is a mechanic"

a 10G '98 civic with all that on it? yeah, he dropped a G on it... on what? nozzle lights and color-coord interior? it doesn't all add up, unless the car was free or virtually free. and

"He has been slapped with tickets for tinted windows, blue windshield wiper nozzle lights and failing to provide insurance"

tinted windows ARE illegal, if u've got em 20% all the way around and have blue nozzle lights and altezza's, a kit, and an exhust o'course u're gonna get pulled over. Failing to provide insurance is also illegal, why's he driving around with no insurrance?

keep it sleek, keep it low key, and you wont get hassled.

note that I do agree that lotsa people get heat for BS stuff.

I think guys are missing the point. It doesn't matter if you approve or disapprove of what he's done to his ride.

The point is that its BS that you get flack for having a done up car.

I didn't say i didn't agree with getting BS heat. My point was, knowing the situation with cops and the import scene in general, if u're gonna MAKE yourself stand out so much, prepare to get the heat. It's like knowing a stovetop is hot, then touching it and b!tching that it burned you cause it was hot. WTF, you know it's ...

Safe

I agree with sam...

Actually Snatchback has had the right idea for some time.

All swing + No Bling = less harassment.

Now if we could only explain to the author what JDM means..

Yes that may be true... but you saved that for one little last comment on your post.

However the bulk of your post your spent capitalizing on his misfortune and his choices.
