I've heard from different sources that those tires aren't that good. Not worth the money.

If you can get 60% off the list price, then go for it. How much are you willing to spend? If you'd like, I have a set of winters that's almost brand new. Less than 10,000 kms on them. They're the Dunlop Graspic HS-1's in 185/65/14. Check around for some prices. If you're interested, I can sell them to you for $425 with the steelies.

The snow tires I have go for about $150 a piece. Considering the ones I have are practically brand new, $425 would be an alright price with steelies. It's up to you.

Dude, where are you getting these blizzacks from and how much? i'm looking around, and i've found some Gislaved NordFrost ]['s (some norwiegien company) for like real good... i'll prolly end up getting them since it'll run me like $300 after all is said and done...

I had Blizzacks on my first car many years ago. I found them to be great in the snow and never had any problems. As for how much they go for now, I'm not really sure as I bought mine a long time ago and sold that car with them on.

I have found any snow tire is pretty much better than an all season because it is purely designed for the snow. I haven't heard any really negative news on the blizzaks.

Here is a link for additional 'real people' opinions on the blizzaks
