Sorry to bring up an old thread however, I have been behind in my 'reading'.
Anyway, about the Coupe question. Yes, they did sell the Civic Coupe of the 92-95 vintage. I am not sure if they actually sold it for all 4 model years but they definitely had it.
I remember seeing one in 1994 when I lived there. The coupes sold there were all produced in the U.S. (East Liberty, Ohio). For USDM and CDM, they were also produced in Alliston. The ones sold in Japan had an "American Honda Motor Co." emblem with a picture of an eagle on the C-pillar. They were RHD.
They weren't big sellers so, they were dropped after that. I hope that answer's your question spracingsports.
