tein 2006 si civic recovered!!

hey guys i been lookin on the web for mayb more pictures or so of this i seen it in my mag import tuner since i didnt find a link on the web ill write some info that has been givin in the article

stripped to its bare shell the si was relieved of its engine turbo wheels suspension breaks interior dashboard and graphics the front wide fenders and bulkhead were sliced off leaving only welded on rear fenders and side skirts remaining oil was then poured over the entire wehicle to mask any finger prints and the civic was presumably flat bedded to its final resting place in murrieta cali area business park. so many parts taken from the tein civic was either rare or one offs or custom fabricated si we cant imagine that these parts will sell easily at the local swap meet so keep ur eyes out if you happen across any rare or suspicious 2006 civic si parts be warned those parts will be hotter than hell itself

you should see the car rip civic its unbelievable in how much they stripped it so if u guys happen to come across the import tuner mag its page 30 of the january issue

i am sure this was not just one or a few idiots....this is organized crime. the job was pre-planned....and was done without anyone knowing to this day what happened....just read up...they poured oil all over the car to conceal any finger prints or other evidence...damn...that is some brain behind this

jay...do u really believe that would have prevented anyone from knowing that its the same car.....they did what they had to do...strip and sell the parts.

oh i completely agree.
but its easier to sell the car as a complete to another country
then in parts where everyone will know where the parts came from.

Once the parts leave the continent, it is free for all. There is a demand for every business/action. People don't do it for ***** and giggles, after going through all these trouble and planning.

It is too bad to see it happened.

realistically speaking...
if i were to have taken that car i would take the parts and have them replicated with slight changes and sell them.

however i feel this was just a major insurance scam
