With that said I would definatley go on this cruise if it was on any other day. Damn though I was looking so forward to having a bunch of TCC guys roll down there with me and I guess im on my own now.
frankly, i dont really listen to all the stuff thats going on... if the HT guys dont want me there then i wont go, simple...

in fact, im starting to get really disappointed with the **** these days and i dont know if i even want to be a part of any of it anymore... people need to grow up... all this "ricer this" and "ricer that" like common, u dont like my car thats fine, cause i dont like yours either, we all have different tastes... but dont be a jerk about it cause i dont wanna hear that immature crap. welcome to live, u have left grade 2, act like it...

and to those who are rude and want to be e-thugs and dont like hanging around "ricers" then dont come to our meets... especially the Hamilton meets personally, cause if you dont want us around, dont come to our meets...

my 0.2 cents

I believe it's because you get a lot of traffic on the FRS when you don't have or use sub channels, Buddah can explain all about the FRS's and where we are going once he finally gets on the board and responds

Nice turn out. Should be a nice cruise.

To answer some of your questions:

SilverSiG: I figure the east enders meet up at KC and then we'll cruise to sauga and meet up at Erin. Hows that sound for you?

On the subject of FRS radios, sub-channels are a must. With all the traffic that's out there cause these radios are Family Radio Services and are public air waves, we've got to find a channel free of interruptions and other traffic. Those who have 14 channels and 38 sub-channels are your best bet. Mine has 22 channels and 99 sub-channels. I will be electing certain people who will be attending (the mods/admins) to be group leaders so to speak ****** out evenly down the line to help keep everyone together and keep us all connected. You guys will be receiving a PM from me on Sunday with the route we will be taking and a map will be distributed on the day of the cruise. You can PM me any concerns you have there after.

BBProductions: Thank you for your interest in this cruise but, I do have to admit, I don't have a specific route layed out for you but, I do have an idea. I've been really busy with work and haven't had much time to do anything for myself. But, a specific route will be sent out to all group leaders on sunday. Essentially, location is way north and way west. Specifics are not available. But, it does promise to be a great cruise. Those how have been to our "Forks of the Credit" cruises can testimate to it. I guess if you must know, think about Initial D...

More details of the cruise will be posted as soon as I've got some more time.

Hope to see y'all out there.

Cheers,
Buddah.

btw, all partipants of the cruise will receive a map of the route we will be taking on the day of the cruise. In order to receive a map, you'll have to bring out your TCC membership cards to get one. For those who wish to become a member the day off, just speak to me and I'll hook you up once you've registered with myself or one of the other admins or mods. And remember, for those who are relatively new to our club, this is a cruise and NOT a race. No browny points will be awarded for those who wish to drive faster then the rest of us or cut each other off. If you do, you'll have to deal with ME. It's just a group of friends enjoying our cars and enjoying being apart of a community and celebrating it in the best way possible.

Cheers,
Buddah.

This sounds great, Buddah. I just hope that I have some new mods to try out. Thanks for organizing everything well in advance.

I would plan for the whole day people. It should be fun, with the amount of people coming.

IMO FRS = pointless because people will just chit chat for a good half hour at the start and then it will be dead.....kinda like the C7 cruise:P

yes and again we arnt like FBI cruising im sure a little traffic on the radios aint a big deal . like why make members go out and buy whole new radios why not just use a achannel that everyone can access with a radio .. cause i really dont think im gonna buy a new radio just for some "sub" channels ..

dont we usually just use channel 11 - 0 or something? I doubt there will be much traffic up around the forks of the credit buddah? Will definitely be a fun day but i think we needa focus more on the day then having FRS radios

FRS is a good idea for people who might get caught at red lights and have no idea where they are or where they're going etc

yeah there good for that, but do we need to have sub-channels for that ?:P

Anyways it would be nice to start in scarb, cruise to erin mills and from there do the forks and end at like korean BBQ or somewhere cheap to eat.

I might come out We'll see because I'll be on conference beginning that weekend.

As for FRS, I'm not using one at all I hate all the chatter and usually shut the thing off.
