Weekends is better for me. I work during the week and Im usually not up for anything afterwords.

Hamilton or Burlington would be better for me. Im not driving all the way to the GTA for wings.

I'll think of a few additional places and post them up later.

I think Mike means "mega city" aka toronto and its immediate neighbouring cities...which has really now become known as the GTA...extended GTA includes mississauga, oakville burlington but not in the traditional sense
