TCC Meets: Only Civics or Any Hondas + Info
Hey new here, Im 15, my dad purchased a 02 CRV EX Silver on May 11th and the vehicle is ready and really excited. Just a FYI, this is the second generation CRV that has been greatly improved with the iVTEC 160HP / 162ft/Torque! Excellent car and cant wait.
Anyways for the club meets, whats the pricing and is it only for Civics or CRV and any Honda are welcomed. Might need help with some stuff (ie installing the headlights )
Thanks

Nada, if you're still looking for a 2000 SiR: I was just at Image Honda in Stony Creek today, and they have a red 2000 SiR, practically a virgin, good to go at a decent price. Check it out because I'll bet it will be gone in less than two weeks
And why the hell are you driving a neon now?

Nada's Neon
Hey Dudes,
I'm a Honda as much as the next guy here, and we wave our flags around all we like.
But are there folks here that having an "inferiority complex" b/c Nada bought a Neon.
Thats her gig, and its a done deal, so chill!:fustrated

(passes a neutral look over to JookSomebodyorOther)
Can I help you with something?
Dude, I've known Nada for damn well near a year and we always joke around with each other. You need to stick around and see how folks interact before you try and jump all over them.
Be careful standing up on those soap boxes, the fall can damage quite a bit.
Regards,
OK

Its a derrogative term used to describe someone who stands up on a soap box and hollars at the top of their voice so everyone can hear what stuff they have to say...
Back in the olden days people would stand on a box in a crowd or village square and talk to crowds of people, it basically said "Look, here I am, everyone listen to me because I have something important to say". Sometimes this was correct, sometimes it wasn't.
When you "stand on the soap box" you better know what you are talkin about or else you are gonna look like a goof. Hence the term "the fall can break quite a bit".. but there are multiple ways to interpret that and I leave it up to the individuals decision as to which I mean.
